Corporate AI Training — Pakistan & Region
Turn your employees
into builders
of internal AI
Hands-on training in prompt engineering and custom GPT agents, so every team automates its own workflows at low cost.
Role-specific. Outcome-measured. Priced for regional enterprises without Big-4 budgets.
The Gap
Most enterprises have bought AI licences. Few have changed how work actually gets done.
Licences without capability
ChatGPT and Copilot subscriptions sit on finance spreadsheets. Employees open them, write one prompt, get a generic response, and return to their old process. The tool is present. The skill is not.
Generic training that does not transfer
Self-paced catalogues teach concepts. They do not teach a credit analyst, an HR business partner or a supply-chain planner how to automate the specific task they do daily. Completion rates rise; workflow changes do not.
Big-consultancy cost for uncertain return
Large-firm AI transformation programmes are priced for multinationals and delivered over months. Regional enterprises need practical capability now, without a year-long engagement and a seven-figure invoice.
What Agentcraft Does
Workshops that leave every participant with a working agent for their own role
Agentcraft runs role-specific, hands-on workshops inside your organisation. We do not teach AI in the abstract. We take the actual workflows your finance team, your HR team, your operations team run every day, and by the end of the session each participant has built a custom GPT agent that automates part of that work.
The measure is not completion. It is whether the agent runs on Monday morning.
- Role-specific, not generic
- Delivered inside your organisation
- Priced for regional enterprises
- Participants leave with working agents
Programme Tracks
- 01 Prompt Engineering Foundations For all staff — writing precise, effective prompts for any LLM tool they already have access to.
- 02 Custom GPT Agent Development For knowledge workers — building agents with instructions, knowledge files and actions for internal workflows.
- 03 Workflow Automation by Function Role-specific tracks for Finance, HR, Operations, Legal and Customer Service teams.
- 04 AI Strategy for Leaders For Heads of L&D, CIOs and transformation leads — building an internal AI capability roadmap.
What Each Team Leaves With
Every participant builds a working agent
for their own role, on the day.
The agent each participant builds is not a demo — it runs on their actual workflows, using their organisation's real documents and data formats. That is what makes it stick.
The Agentcraft Method
We map the workflows that matter most
Before any session, we work with your L&D or transformation lead to identify the two or three workflows where AI will generate the clearest return: the ones your teams find most repetitive, most time-consuming, or most dependent on synthesising large volumes of text.
Typical duration: one working session with your sponsor.
We build the session around your team's actual work
Every workshop is designed around the roles attending. Finance, HR, operations and legal teams each get a session tailored to their language, their processes and the tools they already have access to. There is no generic slide deck.
Delivered as a full-day or half-day session, on-site or remote.
Participants build their agent during the session
The workshop is hands-on from the first hour. Each participant builds a working agent for one of their own recurring tasks: writing the instructions, uploading the knowledge, testing the outputs, refining until it works. They are not watching a demo — they are building the thing.
No prior AI experience required. Laptops and internet access only.
We stay available for the first month of use
Capability built in a session often erodes without support. After each workshop, participants have access to a structured follow-up channel where they can refine their agents, troubleshoot prompts and report what is and is not working. We treat that feedback loop as part of the programme, not an add-on.
30-day async support, included in every engagement.
Frequently Asked
Questions organisations ask before engaging
- We already have Copilot and ChatGPT licences. Why do we need training?
- Having the licence is not the same as having the capability. Most employees who open ChatGPT for the first time write one vague prompt, get a mediocre response, and conclude that AI is not relevant to their work. What changes behaviour is knowing how to write a precise prompt for a specific task, and knowing how to build an agent that does that task automatically. The licence is the starting line, not the destination.
- How is Agentcraft different from Coursera, LinkedIn Learning or a vendor certification?
- Self-paced catalogues teach general concepts. They rarely change what happens on Monday morning, because the content is not built around the actual work your team does. Agentcraft sessions are designed around your workflows, delivered to the specific roles attending, and end with participants holding a working agent for their own process — not a certificate for completing a module.
- What technical skills do participants need beforehand?
- None. Participants need a laptop, internet access, and a ChatGPT or equivalent account. The workshop does not require any coding knowledge, API access, or technical background. If your team can use email, they can build an agent.
- How long is a typical workshop?
- Most workshops run as a full-day or half-day session, depending on the depth of the track and the number of workflows we are covering. Multi-team or multi-function programmes are structured as a series of role-specific sessions.
- Can you work across multiple teams or departments simultaneously?
- Yes. Enterprise programmes typically run a discovery phase to prioritise workflows, then deliver role-specific sessions to Finance, HR, Operations and other functions separately — or in a combined session when the workflows overlap. The exact structure is agreed during the initial consultation.
- How is this priced for regional enterprises?
- Agentcraft is priced for mid-to-large organisations in Pakistan and the wider region — not for multinational Big-4 budgets. Pricing is structured per workshop or per programme, and we discuss scope and investment during the enquiry. We do not publish fixed rates because every engagement is designed around the organisation's specific workflows and team size.
